We operate an equal opportunities policy in all aspects of our work and as such there is no set retirement age; we cannot however offer care posts to anyone under the age of 21: There is a statutory requirement for us to have staff who are no less than 4 years older than the young people we look after and our registration is for 12 to 17 year old children.
