- High ratio staffing - our standard ratio in the home is 1:1 staff to young people
- Waking night staff
- In-house Psychotherapist
- Specialised individual therapeutic programmes
- Full life skills programme
- External therapy/counselling - once provision is identified and assuming engagement on the part of the client, all residents receive a weekly session
- Weekly reporting progress reports
- All standard reports
- All festival and holiday allowances
- All pocket money and activity allowances.
- Transport to and from school within the local area
- Transport to and from home visits within 50 mile radius
- Education allowances
- All basic clothing allowances - not school uniform or specialist clothing
