We have a range of staff working at the homes, this section gives information about the basic care roles fulfilled by our staff.
We employ staff as either full-time, part-time or bank, day or waking nights. Working with young people is a challenging and rewarding career and makes some unusual demands of our staff. Much of their work is conducted in a domestic setting and involves being a good role model and functional in the home, the flip side is the involvement in the administration or organisational roles for the wellbeing of the young people.
